【葱香麻花饼】

用料:
面团：
1：中筋面粉2杯（all-purpose flour，320克），泡打粉（baking powder）1.25茶匙，拌匀；
2：温水（温度以不烫手为准）200-210毫升（200-210克），糖1/4茶匙， 快速发酵粉（fast rising yeast）1.25茶匙，搅拌均匀，静置10分钟；
3：牛油果油 或玉米油2茶匙；
4：盐1.25茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙，十三香粉或黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙，辣椒粉1-2茶匙（如果爱吃辣）， 香油 1大匙；
5：葱3根，去根洗净切葱花；
其他：
6：油1.5大匙；
7：水1/3杯（80克）.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、面团：盆内放入1料拌匀，慢慢加入2料（图2）的酵母水并边搅拌合成大块面团（图2）。加3料的油2茶匙，揉成光滑面团（图3），盖上保鲜膜室温醒发30-60分钟。
2、将醒好的面团稍揉下, 揉成长条状压扁擀开成长方形厚0.3厘米的薄皮（图5），放上1大匙香油油刷匀，然后均匀撒上4料，再撒上葱花（图6）。。
3、将面饼上下4折叠，切1.5厘米条（图7）。两天叠放用筷子压下，捏住两端反方向转几圈（图8）。依次做好其他的。爱锅内锅放1.5大匙有刷匀，将做好的麻花饼放入（图9）。盖上锅盖醒发45-60分钟至体积增大一倍（图10）。
4、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Crepe/Nann”，温度400F时间15分钟，然后点“Start”（图11），。
5、大约还剩10分钟，打开锅盖放入1/3 杯水，盖上锅盖继续。等最后还剩6分钟或听到提示翻转，将饼翻转一面（图12），盖上锅盖让程序继续。
6、程序结束即可盛出饼，趁热吃，味道超好。
