【蒜花薄饼】

如果能买到蒜苗就用买的, 我是自己把蒜瓣放水里养出的蒜苗. 这个饼简单易做, 有一定的张力不容易破,可以当春饼包菜吃, 也可以单独当早餐也是非常好吃了.

用料:
1:鸡蛋1个, 水3/4 杯;
2:盐2/3茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒1/4茶匙;
3: 中筋面粉1/4杯+2大匙(100克);
4:新鲜蒜苗10克;
5:牛油果油 或其他素油4茶匙, 用来煎饼.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1. 蒜苗洗净切细末(图1). 将1料的鸡蛋和水放一盆里打三拌匀(图2).
2、放入2-3料(图3),充分搅拌均匀. 然后放入蒜花再搅拌均匀(图4)。

3、不粘锅置炉上开中火,放1茶匙油(图5),然后用纸巾把又油涂匀(图6).
4、锅热后,放入1/3的面糊,迅速转动锅让面糊均匀涂满锅底(图7)。用中火煎1-2分钟左右至表面没有生面糊(图8).

5、翻转一面(图9), 加1茶匙油, 煎1-2分钟至微黄(图10), 即可盛出饼。趁热食用,唇齿留香. 如上煎好其他2块饼.
