用料:
1：四季豆675克；
2：虾米干2大匙；
3：牛油果油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
4： 头抽酱油 1大匙，生抽1.5大匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，水1/4杯；
5：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：

4、程序结束后，盛出炒好的虾米四季豆就可以上桌了。
