【豆腐虾丸】

非常美味, 健康又营养的菜. 虾丸嫩豆腐鲜美, LD非常喜欢.
材料:
1: 老豆腐一盒700克;
2: 金钱香菇15朵;
3：大号的冰冻白虾1包(454克);
4: 葱花2大匙, 姜茉1茶匙, 盐1/2茶匙, 白胡椒粉1/6茶匙, 生粉2茶匙, 香油2茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙；
5：牛油果油 或其他素油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙, 新鲜蒜蓉2茶匙, 红油豆瓣酱1大匙;
6: 盐3/4茶匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 水1杯;
7: 葱花1茶匙, 香油1茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇提前泡软洗净待用（图1）. 冰冻白虾放冷水中泡软（图2），剥去皮后抓捏洗净切细丁，然后斩成茸。虾茸和所有3料放入盆中（图3），用一勺子顺一个方向搅拌至少80下，至馅上劲（图4）, 豆腐冲洗后切1厘米大小方块（图5）。
2、不粘锅，置炉上开大中火，加牛油果油1.5大匙，油稍热, 放入葱花,姜茉, 豆瓣酱(图6), 我用这个豆瓣酱味道不错(图7), 翻炒30秒, 然后下放入香菇翻炒20秒, 再放入豆腐(图8)轻轻翻炒几下.
