超级好吃的【葱香土豆饼】

这个葱香土豆饼用料简单但非常好吃,大家一定不要错过噢。

1:中小号土豆6个350克,去皮洗净待用;
2:大号鸡蛋1个,水1/3杯(80克),盐1/2茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙,黑胡椒1/6茶匙;
3:中筋面粉(all purpose flour)1/3杯(53克),葱花2大匙;
4:3×1大匙橄榄油。
以上材料做3个15厘米直径的土豆饼。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、土豆切细丝。将所有2料放一盆中用叉子拌匀(图1),再放入土豆丝和1/3杯面粉(图2)拌匀,最后放入葱花(图3)拌匀(图4)。
2、不粘锅开中火,放1大匙油,油热后放入1/3的土豆丝面糊(图5)。

4、重复步骤2和3做好另外两块土豆饼。趁热食用,葱香满口。
