【酱炒素鸡】

这次买的上海素鸡挺不错的, 做了酱炒素鸡, 咸中带点甜与辣,非常好吃.
用料:
1：素鸡一条330克；
2: 牛油果油1大匙, 葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1茶匙, 甜面酱1大匙, 李锦记辣豆瓣酱1大匙;
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 水1/4杯, 鸡粉1/4茶匙；
4: 香油 1茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、 上海素鸡（图1）水冲洗下,长轴对半切开, 再对半切开, 然后切3毫米片 (图2).
2、炒锅大中火加1大匙油, 放入剩余2料（图3）炒20秒, 放入素鸡片（图4）炒1-2分钟.
3、加所有3料（图5）, 盖盖中火煮3-4分钟. 然后大火收汁（图6）. 加1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅.
