用料:
1:中号冰冻白虾30个;
2:盐1/2茶匙,白胡椒粉1/8茶匙,生粉1.5茶匙,香油1/2茶匙;

做法:
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻(图1),去壳去肠洗净,放入一碗里,加所有2料(图2),用手抓捏几分钟拌匀(图3),静置10分钟。金针菇切去根洗净后,切4段待用(图4).
2、鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中打散,放入葱花(图5)拌匀,再将切段的金针菇放入蛋液里,拌匀待用(图6)。

3、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键预热后,加1大匙油到炒锅里,放入虾仁,盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stirfry,等3秒钟倒计时结束,再按-键将时间减到1.5分钟,程序自动进行(图7)。
4、等程序结束后,打开盖子,盛出炒好的虾仁(图8)。再加1大匙油到锅里,倒入金针菇蛋液(图9)盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stirfry,,程序自动进行。

5、等还有30秒时间剩余,从侧面打开盖子,倒入虾仁及香油1/2茶匙,盖上盖让程序继续完成(图10)。
6、等程序结束后,打开盖子,盛出炒好的金针菇鸡蛋炒虾就可以上桌了。
