【香煎三文鱼饼】

这个三文鱼饼健康美味, 大人孩子都爱.
用料:
1：三文鱼柳400克,
2：葱两根, 红葱头3个(120克)；
3：特大鸡蛋1个, 盐1/2 茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙；
4：香油1大匙, 头抽酱油1大匙;
5: 中筋面粉3大匙(40克), 糯米粉3大匙(25克);
6：水3大匙;
其他:
牛油果油 或玉米油2×1大匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、葱去根洗净切葱花, 红葱头去皮, 冷水冲下切小丁（图1）, 三文鱼切小丁, 全放入一盆里.加所有3-6料, 用勺子拌均匀待用（图2）.
2、不粘锅置炉上开中小火，放1大匙油，油热后，用勺子舀大约2大匙的面糊，分别放入锅里（图3）。
3、煎3-4分钟左右至一面金黄，翻转一面再煎黄（图3）。重复步骤2-3做好其他的三文鱼饼。趁热食用，唇齿留香。
