【香煎三文鱼饼】

这个三文鱼饼健康美味, 大人孩子都爱.

用料:
1:三文鱼柳400克,
2:葱两根, 红葱头3个(120克);
3:特大鸡蛋1个, 盐1/2 茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙;
4:香油1大匙, 头抽酱油1大匙;
5: 中筋面粉3大匙(40克), 糯米粉3大匙(25克);
6:水3大匙;
其他:
牛油果油 或玉米油2×1大匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、葱去根洗净切葱花, 红葱头去皮, 冷水冲下切小丁(图1), 三文鱼切小丁, 全放入一盆里.加所有3-6料, 用勺子拌均匀待用(图2).
2、不粘锅置炉上开中小火,放1大匙油,油热后,用勺子舀大约2大匙的面糊,分别放入锅里(图3)。

3、煎3-4分钟左右至一面金黄,翻转一面再煎黄(图3)。重复步骤2-3做好其他的三文鱼饼。趁热食用,唇齿留香。
