香煎带鱼

用料:
1:速冻带鱼段500克,化冻后,去肠洗净沥水备用。
2:姜片3片,葱1条洗净切段,盐1/2茶匙,花椒粉1/2茶匙。
3:面粉1/3杯。4:橄榄油或其他素菜油3大匙。
做法:
鱼擦干水,鱼背上划细口,切4厘米长的段(图A),加上2料拌匀腌25分钟(图B)。

不粘锅,置炉上开大中火,放入橄榄油3大匙。将腌好的鱼块放入装有面粉的塑料袋里,封口抖匀(图C),抖去鱼块上多余的面粉,放入油锅里(图D),两面煎黄即可出锅。

你好,怎么除去带鱼的肠子呢。
剪刀或刀剖开腹部,去掉肠子就行了。

一般不用去掉,但怕腥气可以去掉。
