【香菇烧冬瓜】

之前买的小香菇出乎意外的好, 用它放点四川豆瓣酱烧冬瓜, 非常棒.

用料:
1:冬瓜1100克;
2:金钱香菇15朵,泡发洗净待用。
3: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1.5大匙, 葱花2大匙, 蒜蓉2茶匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙.
4: 头抽酱油1大匙, 盐1/4茶匙鸡粉1/4茶匙;
5: 香油 1茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、冬瓜皮去籽洗净沥,切2厘米长宽0.3厘米厚片(图1)。
2、锅置炉子上, 大中火,加2料葱花,蒜蓉及豆瓣酱炒30秒(图2),放入冬瓜片及泡好的香菇炒匀匀(图3), 盖上锅盖焖3分钟.

3、放入所有4料(图4), 炒匀. 盖上锅盖焖3-5分钟, 间中炒几下, 至冬瓜软身.
4、淋下香油 1茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。
