用料:
1:鸡翼或上段20个,干香菇15个;
2:牛油果油或橄榄油1.5大匙,葱2条洗净切段,姜3-4片;
3:蜂蜜2大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙,头抽酱油1大匙,老抽酱油1大匙,盐1/6茶匙,水1/2杯;
4:香油1茶匙。

做法:
1、香菇提前泡软,洗净大的一切二待用(图1)。鸡翅洗干净沥水,待用。【RoPot】插上电源,按开关键预热。然后加1.5大匙油,放入葱姜(图2)及鸡翅(图3),盖上锅盖,用Function键选Stir fry,程序自动进行。
2、程序结束,打开盖子,放入所有3料(图4),盖上锅盖,用Function键选【Stew】程序,12分钟。

3、程序结束,打开盖子,放入香菇(图5)用Function键选【Braise】程序,3秒后程序自动进行,再按-键减少时间到14分钟。
4、程序结束,打开盖子,加1茶匙香油(图6),盖上锅盖,再按下Toss键,停止后即可起锅盛出香菇鸡翅,配米饭吃,很棒。
