用料:
1：鸡翼或上段20个，干香菇15个；
2：牛油果油或橄榄油1.5大匙，葱2条洗净切段，姜3-4片；
3：蜂蜜2大匙， 生抽酱油1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，盐1/6茶匙，水1/2杯;
4：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菇提前泡软，洗净大的一切二待用（图1）。鸡翅洗干净沥水，待用。【RoPot】插上电源，按开关键预热。然后加1.5大匙油，放入葱姜（图2）及鸡翅（图3），盖上锅盖，用Function键选Stir fry，程序自动进行。
2、程序结束，打开盖子，放入所有3料（图4），盖上锅盖，用Function键选【Stew】程序，12分钟。
3、程序结束，打开盖子，放入香菇（图5）用Function键选【Braise】程序，3秒后程序自动进行，再按-键减少时间到14分钟。
4、程序结束，打开盖子，加1茶匙香油（图6），盖上锅盖，再按下Toss键，停止后即可起锅盛出香菇鸡翅，配米饭吃，很棒。
