【高压锅版-盐水鸭】

跟大家分享盐水鸭的做法。我做盐水鸭是用上好的花椒粉加海盐腌24小时，这样既入味又不会太咸，非常香，很受朋友们的欢迎。用 InstantPot做也很方便。想要 InstantPot七十道美味菜点连接购买。
用料:
1：鸭子一只2500克；
2：海盐3大匙，花椒粉1大匙；
3：葱一条，姜片5片，八角一粒，丁香2粒，盐1大匙。.
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、鸭子洗净后去掉多余的肥油。先将海盐和花椒粉拌匀【图1】，把花椒盐均匀涂抹于鸭子的里外面【图2】，密封后在冰箱里腌24小时。
2、将鸭子里外用水冲洗干净【图3】，与3料一同放入电压力锅里，加水到10杯的线，盖上盖子，排气阀放置密封位置，选【手动】或【高压煮】档5分钟，启动程序。。
3、电压力锅完成程序后，选【保温】档30分钟，然后放气减压打开盖，取出煮好的鸭子，放入干净密闭的容器里，在冰箱里冰4小时后斩块食用。
