【高压锅版-盐水鸭】

跟大家分享盐水鸭的做法。我做盐水鸭是用上好的花椒粉加海盐腌24小时,这样既入味又不会太咸,非常香,很受朋友们的欢迎。用 InstantPot做也很方便。想要 InstantPot七十道美味菜点连接购买。

用料:
1:鸭子一只2500克;
2:海盐3大匙,花椒粉1大匙;
3:葱一条,姜片5片,八角一粒,丁香2粒,盐1大匙。.
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、鸭子洗净后去掉多余的肥油。先将海盐和花椒粉拌匀【图1】,把花椒盐均匀涂抹于鸭子的里外面【图2】,密封后在冰箱里腌24小时。

2、将鸭子里外用水冲洗干净【图3】,与3料一同放入电压力锅里,加水到10杯的线,盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,选【手动】或【高压煮】档5分钟,启动程序。。
3、电压力锅完成程序后,选【保温】档30分钟,然后放气减压打开盖,取出煮好的鸭子,放入干净密闭的容器里,在冰箱里冰4小时后斩块食用。
