【香菜榨菜鸡蛋炒虾仁】

鸡蛋炒虾仁很普通的一款快手菜，今天我加了香菜末和榨菜丁来炒，非常鲜美，亲们不妨一试。
用料:
1：冰冻白虾仁半包200克；
2：盐1/3茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙，生粉1茶匙，香油1/2茶匙；
3：大鸡蛋2个，盐1/4茶匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙，水1大匙；
4：榨菜1大匙（我用新一代乌江牌榨菜不很咸），香菜2颗；
5：牛油果油 或橄榄油2大匙，葱花1大匙；
6：香油1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp，1杯=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠洗净，放入一碗里，加所有2料（图1）拌匀，静置10分钟。
2、鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中打散，榨菜切丁（图2）放入蛋液里，香菜洗净切小粒（图3）也放入蛋液里，搅拌均匀（图4）。
3、不粘锅加2大匙牛油果油或橄榄油，置炉上开大中火，炒香1大匙葱花（图5），放入虾仁（图6），炒至7成熟。
3、然后倒入蛋液（图7），待蛋液底部开始凝固后，用铲子轻轻翻炒均匀至蛋液刚刚凝固（图8），下1/2茶匙香油，炒匀就可以盛出入盘子上桌了。
