用料:
1：鸭翅膀900克；
2：葱1根, 姜一小块；
3：八角1粒, 丁香2-3粒；
4：生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙；
5：水1杯，糖1/2茶匙，盐2/3茶匙，十三香粉 1/2茶匙；
6：香油 1茶匙;
7：烧烤汁: 1大匙意大利醋, 1大匙红糖, 1大匙生抽酱油, 1 大匙辣椒碎片, 2 茶匙辣椒粉(paprika, 上色用不辣), ½ 茶匙花椒粉, 1.5 大匙烧烤酱(图6);
8：炒熟的白芝麻2大匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、 将鸭翅洗净沥水, 沿着骨头缝切3段(图1). 将2-6料放入InstantPot 高压锅 内锅里(图2), 放入鸭翅(图3). 高压压8分钟(图4), 然后放气, 打开锅, 捞出鸭翅沥汁待用.
2、 将所有烧烤汁料放入一小碗中拌匀(图5). 将稍微冷凉的鸭翅放入一食品袋中, 倒入烧烤汁(图7), 封口, 摇匀(图8)待用.
3、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air fryer”然后选择410F及14分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后, 铺上烤盘纸, 放入沾了酱汁的鸭翅, 撒上芝麻（图9）盖上锅盖，让程序继续。
4、等还有最后4-5分钟，打开盖将鸭翅翻身（图10），盖上盖，让程序继续.
5、等程序完成，打开盖，盛出鸭翅就可以享用了, 冷了也好吃.
