用料:
1:半片的山核桃仁半包450克;
2:盐3/4茶匙;
3: 十三香粉2/3茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、将核桃仁放一盆里,加烧开的水淹没,静置30秒(图1),沥水控干。加盐3/4茶匙及十三香粉2/3茶匙(图3),拌匀(图2)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择350F及29分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入山核桃仁铺平(图3),盖上锅盖(图4),让程序继续。

3、还剩最后几分钟或听到反转提示,打开盖子,快速搅拌几下(图5),盖上盖,让程序继续。
4、等程序完成,打开盖子,搅拌几下,盛出来冷凉即可食用。
