用料:
1：半片的山核桃仁半包450克；
2：盐3/4茶匙；
3： 十三香粉2/3茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将核桃仁放一盆里，加烧开的水淹没，静置30秒（图1），沥水控干。加盐3/4茶匙及十三香粉2/3茶匙（图3），拌匀（图2）。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择350F及29分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入山核桃仁铺平（图3），盖上锅盖（图4），让程序继续。
3、还剩最后几分钟或听到反转提示，打开盖子，快速搅拌几下（图5），盖上盖，让程序继续。
4、等程序完成，打开盖子，搅拌几下，盛出来冷凉即可食用。
