【AirGo之香煎肉卷】

用料:
1：温水（温度以不烫手为准）210毫升（210克, 大约1杯减2大匙），糖1/4茶匙， 快速发酵粉（fast rising yeast）1.25茶匙；
2：中筋面粉2杯（320克）；
3：橄榄油2大匙；
肉馅：
4：瘦肉馅175克，盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉 1/4茶匙，香油1大匙，生粉2茶匙，老抽酱油2茶匙，生抽酱油2茶匙，水2大匙，十三香粉1/6茶匙；
5：葱3条，红葱头2个；
其他：
6：牛油果油 1.5大匙;
7：1/3 杯水。
注：1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。

肉馅：
2、葱去根洗净切葱花，红葱头去皮冲洗后切小丁，都放一小盆里，加4料，用筷子顺一个方向搅拌80下待用（图3）。
3、等面团发至2倍大（图4），揉成团，压扁擀开陈直径40里面的饼皮（图5），均匀涂说肉馅（图7），卷起筒子，切12份。
4、将饼肉卷放入刷了1.5大油的【AirGo】内锅里（图7），盖上盖醒发成2倍大。【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Crepe/Naan”然后选择400F及时间17分钟，点“Start”。
6、等程序进行了5分钟后，加水1/3杯，盖上盖继续。听到提示翻转，将肉卷翻个身（图8），盖上锅盖继续烤。等程序完成，盛出趁热食用，太好吃了。
吃不完的面包装在密封塑料袋里，放冰箱保存，吃的时候用微波炉热40秒，再用面包机稍微烘烤下，非常香。

Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the images aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same outcome.
