用料:
1:有机鸡胸一副420克;
2: 姜一小块(5克);
3:大鸡蛋4个;
4: 盐3/4茶匙,意大利葡萄醋2大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:牛油果油 1.5大匙;
6:葱花2茶匙.
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp,1杯=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切小丁(图1),用手抓捏1-2分钟(图2),这样鸡肉比较嫩。姜切碎放一大碗里待用(图3)
2、放入鸡肉丁, 鸡蛋(图4)和所有4料,用一个叉子打散(图5)待用。

3、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及7分钟,点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油,倒入鸡蓉蛋液(图6), 盖上盖让程序继续。
4、程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时,打开盖子,搅拌几下,盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成,打开盖子, 放2茶匙葱花, 搅拌几下(图7) 就可以盛出来上桌。

Hello, you used to write wonderful, but the last several posts have been kinda boring… I miss your great writings. Past several posts are just a little bit out of track! come on!
The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
Aw, this was a very nice post. In concept I would like to put in writing like this additionally – taking time and precise effort to make an excellent article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and on no account appear to get one thing done.
