用料:
1：有机鸡胸一副420克；
2: 姜一小块(5克);
3：大鸡蛋4个;
4: 盐3/4茶匙，意大利葡萄醋2大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：牛油果油 1.5大匙；
6：葱花2茶匙.
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tbsp，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Tsp，1杯=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切小丁（图1），用手抓捏1-2分钟（图2），这样鸡肉比较嫩。姜切碎放一大碗里待用（图3）
2、放入鸡肉丁, 鸡蛋（图4）和所有4料，用一个叉子打散（图5）待用。
3、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及7分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入1.5大匙油，倒入鸡蓉蛋液(图6), 盖上盖让程序继续。
4、程序进行到还有2分钟后或提醒翻转时，打开盖子，搅拌几下，盖上盖继续, 让程序完成。
5、等程序完成，打开盖子, 放2茶匙葱花, 搅拌几下(图7) 就可以盛出来上桌。
