【AirGo-带子豆腐锅贴】

用料:
皮:
1：中筋面粉1杯(160克), 水1/3杯+1大匙(95克), 牛油果油 1茶匙；
馅:
2：老豆腐1块175克；
3：野生冰冻带子300克
4：葱花3大匙, 香油1大匙, 盐1/2茶匙，黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：头抽酱油1大匙;
其他:
6：牛油果油 1.5大匙;
7：水3大匙;
8：葱花1茶匙.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。

1、盆内放入1料的面粉，加水和成大块面团（图1）, 加1料的油，揉成光滑面团，（图2），盖上保鲜膜室温醒发30分钟。
2、馅：豆腐水冲洗沥水切小丁（图3）. 带子冷水里解冻, 冲洗沥水切小块. 豆腐及带子都放入一干净的盆，放入所有4-5料, 用勺子轻轻拌匀即可（图4）。
3、把醒好的面团揉成1厘米直径长条，切20等份。每份擀成9-10厘米直径的薄饼（图5）。放1大匙馅料在皮中间, 对折捏紧中间, 依次捏紧两边, 看视频。【AirGo】内锅里放1.5大匙油涂匀, 放入锅贴（图6）. 将内锅放回【AirGo】里.
4、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Base heat”，温度420F时间26分钟，然后点“Start”。等程序进行了11分钟, 打开盖子放3大匙水，盖上盖继续煎。
5、程序结束, 打开盖子撒点葱花做点缀, 即可盛出锅贴，趁热吃，味道超好鲜美。
