用料:
1: 有机鸡胸肉2块525克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 罗汉果糖 2茶匙, 十三香粉1/4茶匙;
3: 鸡粉1/4茶匙, 红腐乳1小块;
4: 香油 1茶匙;
5: 面粉2/3杯;
6: 牛油果油 或其他炒菜油1.5大匙:
其他: 烤盘纸一大张.
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、鸡胸肉洗净沥水后切2厘米条. 用手抓捏1分钟, 放入一盆里, 加2-4料(图1), 拌匀(图2), 腌20分钟.
2、倒入面粉(图3), 拌匀让鸡块均匀沾上面粉. 将鸡块抖掉多余的面粉，放到烤盘纸上（图4）.
3、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及18分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后连烤盘纸将鸡肉放入锅里, 均匀撒上1.5大匙油, 盖上锅盖让程序进行(图5).
4、烤到12分钟左右(或听到翻转提示), 打开盖子，将鸡块翻转一面（图6）, 盖上锅盖, 让程序继续.
5、程序完成后, 即可盛出上桌趁热食, 好滋味。
