用料:
1: 冰冻大虾(16-20大小)1包454克;

做法
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻，去壳去肠留尾洗净，然后用刀将虾腹筋切断(图1) (这样虾在烤的过程不会弯曲). 放一盒中, 加所有2料调味料(图2), 拌匀(图3). 腌20分钟.
2、蒜剥去皮水冲洗后切成蓉(图4), 微波炉里打45秒, 然后放入剩余3料拌匀(图5).
4、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速将虾连烤盘纸拿出(图8), 倒入一盘子里即可盛出上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
