在华人超市买了一包冰冻的北极鳕鱼片 (吐槽一下,鱼片含水特多). 好在烤好的鱼肉还是比较嫩的. 用爱锅AirGo做的, 无油烟,健康又好味道。想购买点AirGo爱锅maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。

用料:
1: 冰冻北极鳕鱼片一包(720克);
2: 葱1根, 姜5克, 蒜瓣4瓣;
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油1大匙,李锦记豆豉辣椒酱1大匙, 李锦记韩国烧烤酱1.5大匙, 和h黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙,香油1/2茶匙, 罗汉果糖1/2茶匙;
4: 橄榄油2茶匙;
其他:烤盘纸一大张。

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、冰冻鳕鱼片放冰箱提前化冻。鱼片洗净沥水每片切成4块(图4), 放入一盆里. 葱去根洗净切段, 姜切丝,蒜去皮切碎 都放到鱼块里, 加所有3料拌匀(图2), 腌20分钟.
2、【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及8分钟,点“Start”,盖上锅盖。将烤盘纸涂上2茶匙橄榄油, 把腌好的鱼块, 连同葱姜蒜放到纸上(图3)。

3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 将鱼块连同烤盘纸放入锅内(图4),盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行。程序继续完成后,打开锅盖,即可盛出上桌。
