用料:
1:素鸡一条330克;
2: 橄榄油1.5茶匙,
3: 葱花3大匙, 蒜蓉2茶匙, 四川麻油辣腐乳一小块, 剁椒1大匙, 头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油2茶匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2 茶匙, 水1/3杯, 鸡粉1/6茶匙 (可省);
4: 香油 1/2茶匙.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、上海素鸡 (图1) 水冲洗下, 长轴对半切开, 再对半切开, 然后切5毫米厚片 (图2).
2、【AirGo】插上电源,放入切片素鸡铺平, 均匀倒入1.5茶匙油, 刷匀素鸡表面(图3), 盖上锅盖 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及10分钟,点“Start”.

3、程序进行到还有3-4分钟或听到提示反转, 打开盖子, 将素鸡反转一面(图4), 盖上锅盖.
4、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 抽掉烤盘纸, 放入所有3料拌匀(图5-6), 盖上锅盖, 用“Function”选“Base heat”然后选择385F及10分钟, 间中打开锅盖搅拌下。
5、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 放入1/2 茶匙香油拌匀出锅.
