1: 冰鲜大虾(16-20大小) 454克;
2: 头抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记红油豆瓣酱1大匙, 黑胡椒粉1/6茶匙, 罗汉果糖 1/2 茶匙, 香油 1茶匙
3: 蒜蓉1茶匙, 葱花1大匙;
4: 其他, 烤盘纸一大张.
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻(图1),去壳去肠洗净沥水. 将虾仁放一小盆中, 加所有2-3料调味料(图2-3), 拌匀(图4). 腌15分钟.

2、将虾均匀铺到烤盘纸上.【AirGo】插上电源,用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及5分钟,点“Start”. 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 快速连烤盘纸放入调好味虾仁(图5)盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图6).
3、程序完成后, 打开锅盖, 迅速将虾盛出, 即可上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
