1: 冰冻无头虾 (16-20大小) 454克;
2: 盐1/2茶匙，白胡椒粉1/6茶匙，生粉1茶匙，1/2 茶匙香油，鸡粉1/4茶匙；
3: 大鸡蛋3个+3个大鸡蛋清，盐1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙，头抽酱油2茶匙, 葱花3大匙；

做法
1、将冰冻虾放半池子冷水里解冻(图1)，去壳去肠洗净沥水. 将虾仁放一小盆中, 加所有2料调味料(图2), 拌匀(图3). 腌15分钟.
2、鸡蛋同剩余3料放一碗中，打散待用(图4).
3、【AirGo】插上电源，用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及9分钟，点“Start”. 预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放1大匙橄榄油， 放入腌好的虾仁铺均匀(图5)，盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行(图6).
4、程序完进行5分钟后, 打开锅盖, 迅速翻炒虾仁几下(图6)，倒入打散的鸡蛋汁，再盖上盖让程序继续进行(图8)，
5、程序完成后, 打开锅盖(图7),将虾仁烘蛋盛出, 即可上桌趁热食, 鲜嫩好滋味。
