【AirGo-蚝油冬瓜】

这次在中国超市买的冬瓜特别新鲜,放了虾皮与白蘑菇做了蚝油冬瓜, 很好吃呀. 用爱锅AirGo做,很方便轻松便捷无油烟。想购买点AirGo爱锅,用 maomao25 优惠券有for $25 折扣。

1: 冬瓜1100克;
2: 白雪菇一包(150克);
3: 橄榄油1大匙,葱花1.5大匙, 蒜末1.5茶匙, 干虾皮1.5大匙;
4:头抽酱油1大匙, 生抽酱油15大匙, 李锦记蚝油1.5大匙,白胡椒粉1/4茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油1/2茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法
1、冬瓜皮去籽洗净沥,切3厘米长宽0.3厘米厚片 (图1),白雪菇切去根洗净沥水待用(图2)。
2、【AirGo】插上电源,锅里放1大匙油, 放入剩余3料拌匀(图3),盖上锅盖。用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择420F及12分钟,点“Start”.

3、预热结束, 打开锅盖, 放入冬瓜片(图4)翻炒几下,盖上锅盖, 让程序继续进行。
4、程序继续5分钟后, 放入白雪菇及所有4料(图4)翻炒几下。盖上锅盖让程序继续进行,间中打开盖翻炒几下。
5、程序结束打开盖(图6), 放1/2茶匙香油,拌匀即可盛出上桌。
