这次在华人超市看到苦瓜特别新鲜, 买了2根. 用豆瓣酱及甜面酱快速炒一下, 爽口又好味道.

酱炒苦瓜final 酱炒苦瓜

用料:
1:苦瓜2条525克;
2: 橄榄油1大匙, 葱花1大匙, 蒜蓉2茶匙, 李锦记贵州风味辣椒酱1大匙, 甜面酱1.5大匙.
3: 头抽酱油1大匙, 鸡粉1/6茶匙(可省);
4: 香油 1/2茶匙.

注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。

做法
1、苦瓜削去皮洗净,中间切开. 用小勺将里面的心挖掉挖干净(图1). 每一半再对切成条, 然后斜切1厘米片(图2)。
2、锅置炉子上, 大中火, 加1大匙油, 加2料里的葱花,蒜蓉, 风味辣椒酱及甜面酱(图3), 再放入苦瓜片(图4), 翻炒1-2分钟.

3、放入所有3料, 炒匀炒至苦瓜刚断生大约1分钟.
4、淋下香油 1/2茶匙,兜匀就可以出锅了。

    certainly like your website but you have to test the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Many of them are rife with spelling issues and I in finding it very troublesome to tell the reality however I will surely come again again.
