养生好滋味【黑芝麻桂圆豆浆】

最近新得了一个豆浆机，是最新款的九阳豆浆机 DJ13U-D08SG。产品从外形来看非常美观精致，做工也非常扎实。今天用它做了这个黑芝麻桂圆豆浆，香滑美味。整个过程大约25分钟，方便好用。豆浆煮好后，我用温度计量了豆浆的温度是100.4°C，可以放心饮用了。
1：黄豆1/2杯，水2杯；
2：炒熟黑芝麻1大匙；
3：无核龙眼干20粒；
4：水4杯。
注：1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon，1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon，1杯=240毫升
做法：
1、晚上睡觉前将黄豆淘洗干净，加2杯冷水，泡过夜。第二天早晨，用清水冲洗后，沥去水。将黄豆放入豆浆机里（图1）。
2、将1大匙炒熟的黑芝麻和20粒龙眼干都放入豆浆机里（图4），然后加4杯水（图5）。
4、等豆浆磨好煮好后（听到鸣叫声），打开盖子（图7）。用豆浆机自带的杯子和细筛子，将豆浆连渣分批过滤（图8），用筷子轻轻搅拌豆浆，以帮助更快速过滤，小心不要烫到。
5、过滤好的豆浆就可以倒入杯中享用了，口感醇厚，香味浓郁，不用加糖就有丝丝的甜味。
