【蓝莓方块酥】

最近在Costco买的蓝莓很新鲜。去朋友家吃饭带了这个蓝莓方块酥，很受欢迎，亲们也试试吧。
糕底（面）：
1：中筋面粉1又1/4杯（200克），白糖1/2杯（108克），泡打粉1/2茶匙，柠檬皮屑1茶匙；
2：牛油1/2杯（120克），切小块；
3：特大鸡蛋黄1个，香草香精1茶匙；
馅：
4：新鲜蓝莓2杯，鲜榨柠檬汁1大匙；
5：面粉2大匙，白糖1/4杯（57克）；
其他：
22×22厘米方形玻璃烤盘。
1大匙Tablespoon=15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon=5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将所有1料放一盆里（图1）拌匀，放入切成小块的牛油（图2），用手将面粉抓捏到油里成肉馅样（图3），注意不要揉捏过度。将蛋黄和香草香精放入小碗中打散拌匀（图4），然后均匀倒入面粉牛油混合物里（图5），用叉子拌匀成糕底粉。
2、22×22厘米玻璃烤盘喷点防粘油PAM，倒入步骤1中的糕底粉的2/3份量，用叉子均匀摊平（图6）待用。
4、预热烤箱375F/190摄氏度。将拌好的蓝莓均匀铺到糕底上（图9）。将剩余1/3的糕底粉均匀撒在蓝莓上（图10）.
6、烤好的蓝莓方块酥在烤盘里冷凉20分钟后，切块装盘，如果配上冰激凌就更是好享受。
