用料:
1：鸡腿7只650克；
2：金钱香菇25个，提前泡软洗净待用；
3：橄榄油1大匙；
4：葱2根，姜1小块10克切片；
5： 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙, 李锦记蚝油1大匙, 罗汉果糖1.5茶匙, 鸡粉1/4茶匙；
6: 水1/3杯；
7：香油1/2茶匙（可以不放）。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菇提前用水泡软，洗净待用。鸡腿洗干净沥水，斩小块待用待用。
2、【AirGo】插上电源，放1大匙油, 葱段及姜片(图1), 盖上锅盖. 用“Function”选“Air Fryer”然后选择415F及10分钟，点“Start”预热。预热后放入鸡块(图2)炒几下, 盖上锅盖, 让程序进行. 中间翻炒几下.
3、等程序完成，打开盖子, 加香菇及5料的所有调味料(图3), 盖上盖. 用“Function”选“Base heat”, 然后选择380F及35分钟，点“Start”。
4、程序进行到一半, 加1/3 杯水, 盖上盖. 中间翻炒几次, 煮至汁浓(图4)。下香油兜匀即可出锅，真的好好吃。
