1:扁豆700克;
2:瘦猪肉馅180克;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,姜片3-4;
4:生抽酱油 1大匙;老抽酱油1茶匙, 头抽酱油 1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1茶匙,水1/3杯, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油1茶匙。

做法:
