【肉末烧扁豆】

你一定要试试这个肉末烧扁豆,虽然都是普通材料,但很好吃。

用料:
1:扁豆700克;
2:瘦猪肉馅180克;
3:橄榄油1.5大匙,葱花1大匙,姜片3-4;
4:生抽酱油 1大匙;老抽酱油1茶匙, 头抽酱油 1大匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1茶匙,水1/3杯, 鸡粉1/6茶匙;
5:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、扁豆摘去两头,洗净(图1)切寸段(图2)待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入葱花和姜片(图3)炒香,下肉馅(图4)炒散,炒约2分钟。接着下扁豆翻炒1分钟(图5)。(

3、加所有4料(图6),盖上锅盖,调中火焖煮5分钟,间中翻炒1-2次。打开锅盖(图7),调大中火煮至汁浓(图8)。
4、下1茶匙香油,炒匀即可出锅。
