【蒜蓉蚝油四季豆】

做了这个蒜蓉蚝油四季豆,挺受欢迎的。

用料:
1:四季豆950克;
2:橄榄油1.5大匙,蒜蓉1大匙, 姜蓉1/2茶匙;
3:盐1/2茶匙,水2/3杯,老头抽酱油 1大匙,蚝油2大匙,糖1/3茶匙,鸡粉1/4茶匙。
4:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、四季豆择去两端,洗净沥水待用。
2、不粘锅加1。5大匙橄榄油,置炉上开大火,炒香蒜蓉和姜末(图1),放入四季豆和3料里的盐不停翻炒(图2)2分钟。

3、放入3料里的水(图3),调中火炒煮至四季豆软身大约3-4分钟,加 蚝油(一定要用这个牌子味道好)(图4),及剩余3料(图5),继续不时翻炒至汁浓豆角外皮起皱。
4、最后放入1茶匙香油兜匀出锅。

Aw, this was an exceptionally good post. Spending some time and actual effort to generate a great article… but what can I say… I procrastinate a lot and never manage to get anything done.
