用料:
1:猪小排或肋排800克;
2:金钱香菇5朵,黑木耳10克;
3:干螺旋藻20克;
4:橄榄油1.5大匙;葱2条洗净切段,姜2-3片,八角1粒,丁香2粒;
5:厨酒1大匙,盐3/4茶匙,糖1.5茶匙, 生抽酱油 1.5大匙,头抽酱油1.5大匙,老抽酱油1.5大匙;
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、香菇和黑木耳提前用冷水泡几小时至软,洗净待用。螺旋藻买的是这样的(图1),取20克放入冷水(图2)中泡发,然后冷水冲洗沥水待用。将排骨背面的筋膜撕掉,排骨切开洗净待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火,加1.5大匙橄榄油,放入葱段,姜片,八角及丁香,炒30秒,放入排骨(图3)炒至焦香,倒入厨酒1大匙。

3、将所有排骨连汁转入InstantPot Smart内胆里(图4),放入所有调味料5和泡发洗净的黑木耳和香菇(图5),盖上盖子,排气阀放置密封位置,用它的app选择高压加热18分钟保存程序,开始(图6)。在煮的过程中你可以在app上监控它的过程。
4、程序完成后,排气打开,加入洗好的螺旋藻(图7),再盖上盖子高压加热煮2分钟。程序完成后,排气打开盖子,选择加热5分钟收汁(图8),就可以出锅了。
