【水芹金针菇惹味小炒】

上次回国在一家餐馆吃过一次,水芹金针菇做的炒菜,挺爽口好吃。自己在家做了这个惹味小炒,配上米饭,幸福满足啊。

用料:
1:水芹菜3根175克;
2:金针菇1包共200克;
3:干黑木耳7-8朵,用水泡发后洗净;
4:腊肠1小条,切丝待用;
5:橄榄油1.5大匙,蒜蓉2茶匙,虾皮1大匙;
6:盐1/3茶匙,白胡椒粉1/6茶匙,鸡粉1/6茶匙;
7:香油1茶匙。
注:1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升,1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升,1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法:
1、干黑木耳用冷水泡发,洗净在开水里煮几分钟,捞出沥水(图1)切丝待用。金针菇切去根洗净备用,水芹菜去叶洗净切段待用(图2)。香肠切丝待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火,加橄榄油1.5大匙,放入蒜蓉及虾皮(图3)炒约1分钟至出香味。

3、然后放入腊肠丝炒30秒,接着放入水芹菜,金针菇和黑木耳丝同炒几下(图5),下所有调味6料,炒至菜断生刚熟,下1茶匙香油兜匀就可以出锅了。
