用料:
1:里脊肉2片275克,头抽酱油1大匙,生粉1茶匙,水1大匙,盐1/4茶匙;
2:水芹菜175克;
3:干有机牛肝菌片30克;
4:牛油果油 或其他食用油2茶匙,蒜蓉1茶匙,葱花1大匙;
5:头抽酱油1大匙,白胡椒1/8茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,糖1/4茶匙;
6: 香油 1/2茶匙;
注:1大匙=15毫升=1 Tablespoon,1茶匙=5毫升=1 Teaspoon,1杯=240毫升。
做法:
1、有机牛肝菌片(图1)放水里泡软,洗净沥水待用(图2)。里脊肉洗净切薄片,放入剩余1了,抓捏2-3分钟(图3),静置10分钟。水芹菜摘去叶子,洗净切3厘米长段待用。
2、【RoPot自动炒菜机】插上电源,按开关键,加2茶匙牛油果油到炒锅里,放入葱花蒜蓉(图4),用Function键选Manual键调整时间为60秒,盖上锅盖。

3、等Manual 60秒结束后,打开盖子,均匀放入肉片,接着放牛肝菌,芹菜及5料。盖上锅盖(图5),用Function键选Stir fry程序。
4、3分钟后Stir fry程序完成,打开盖子放1/2茶匙香油(图6),盖上盖子按下Toss键, 15秒钟后Toss程序完成,即可打开盖子,拿出炒锅,将菜倒入盘子里即可上桌了。
