4：盐1/4茶匙，糖1茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙，老抽酱油1大匙，水1/2杯；
5：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、香菇提请冷水泡软洗净待用。土豆削掉皮（图1）洗净沥水，沿长轴切2等份，每片切3等份，然后再切1.5厘米大小的粒。 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入土豆块（图2），煎3-4分钟至底部黄，翻转身（图3）四面煎黄，捞出待用。
