简单味美-【咖喱虾仁炒饭】

每个星期都做蛋炒饭，毛毛有点吃腻了。今天换了口味做了咖喱虾仁炒饭做午餐，出乎意料的是他居然喜欢吃咖喱风味。
用料:
1：300毫升米，360毫升水；
2：冰冻白虾仁200克，盐1/4茶匙，生粉1茶匙；
3：大号鸡蛋1个，盐1/8茶匙，橄榄油1茶匙；
4：紫洋葱1/2个（85克），去外皮洗净切小丁待用；
5：1/2杯冰冻青豆（55克），1/2杯冰冻玉米粒；
6：橄榄油4.5茶匙，葱花1.5大匙，姜蓉1茶匙，咖喱粉1茶匙；
7：盐1/2茶匙，鸡粉1/4茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、小锅置炉上，放入360毫升水，水滚后放入洗净沥干的米搅拌几下，调最小火焖煮35分钟就好了。最好提前一天将饭做好，放入冰箱冷藏。
2、虾仁去肠洗净沥水，拌上所有剩余的2料（图1），用手抓捏均匀，静置20分钟。
3、不粘锅置炉上开中火，放1茶匙橄榄油。鸡蛋1个加1/8茶匙盐打匀，倒入锅里（图2）炒至鸡蛋凝固成块盛出待用。玉米粒及青豆放一碗中，微波炉加热2分钟待用。
4、原不粘锅加1.5茶匙橄榄油，开大中火炒至虾仁八成熟（图3），捞出待用。
5、原不粘锅内再放橄榄油2茶匙，置炉上开大火，炒香6料里的姜丝和葱花（图4），然后下咖喱粉和洋葱丁炒1分钟（图5）。
6、倒入冷饭，调中火炒至米饭软身（图6），加7料炒匀。然后加入热好的青豆和玉米粒（图7）炒匀，最后放入炒好的鸡蛋及虾仁（图8），翻炒一分钟，盛到盘子中，再撒少量葱花。
