【凉拌豆干】

这个凉拌都干，简单易做有好吃哈，值得一试。
用料:
1：五香豆干一包350克；
2：香菜一颗；
3：橄榄油2茶匙；葱花1茶匙，姜丝1.5茶匙，蒜蓉1大匙；
4：盐1/2茶匙，头抽酱油1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油 1茶匙；辣油 1.5茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、豆干最好买比较软的那种，将都干放一锅里加水2杯和盐1/2茶匙煮滚（图1），盖盖小火焖煮5分钟。沥水冷凉后切薄片（图2）待用。香菜将嫩叶去下洗净待用（图3）。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加2茶匙橄榄油，放入3料里葱花，姜丝和蒜蓉（图4）炒香离火。放入所有调味料4料拌匀。
3、放入香油及辣油拌匀（图5），接着放入豆干片（图6）拌匀。最后放入香菜叶拌匀（图7），即可食用。
4、夏天可以密封放冰箱里冷藏2-3小时再食用，味道更佳。
