最近做了不少饺子和手工面条，老母亲和小孩子都喜欢。尤其是饺子，能解决老人不喜欢吃肉，夫人不喜欢肉皮，小孩子不喜欢蔬菜的问题。但是我揉面不均匀，也不会手擀饺子皮，压面机好像我的唯一的选择。我用压面机把面团反复折叠挤压，面就y匀了，然后用磨具切割出来。第一台压面机已经用坏了，上周去Canadiantire买了一台Lagostina牌子的，网上评价很高的，中国生产，三天后又坏了。终于想到您的网站上看看，看到您推荐的这款手动压面机，比我用坏的那款Lagostina牌的贵了不少，但是是意大利生产的。想问：这款压面机耐用不？压辊两头有轮滑油渗透出来吗？还有除了用压面机，还有办法做饺子皮馄饨皮吗？
我的用了好多年了，还是好好的。可以做混沌皮带。
