   maomaomom: 我一直都用TEFAL这个牌子的不粘锅，可是没几个月就发现掉皮了，我每天都给我两岁的儿子做饭，怕不健康，决定试一试你推荐的这个牌子，我是从他们厂家在英国的代理商买的，这个SAUTE PAN 28CM加盖80英镑左右，同时又买了一个36CM的WOK，这两个锅总共英镑230. 下周应该能收到货，真的不便宜呀，希望能好用哦。。：）

     我过去也是。后来5年多前换了这个不粘锅，大火烧了5年了，也不起皮掉皮。只是没有兴锅好了，但还可以煎蛋，煎鱼，做菜。

   我买的那两个GASTROLUX已经收到了，用了快有一个月了，感觉还不错，可是我发现它这个锅外延那圈很容易刮破皮哦，刚开始用完洗干净后我都是放在DISHRACK 上晾干，后来发现锅的外圈有掉皮，现在都是洗干净后马上擦干，你的锅有这种问题吗？还有你做排骨用这个锅吗?我用这个锅做过两次排骨焖扁豆角，怎么感觉留下好多划痕呢？我都是用的硅胶铲。谢谢

     炒带尖尖的骨头时，要注意尽量不要划破。有些痕迹也没有问题，不影响不粘性。
     另外洗干净后最好是平放晾干

     最好不要用铁锅铲，我的硅胶铲就非常好用。

   MaoMao Ma,
   I ordered the cookware from the site you recommended and got charged of around 305 including everything. But in their invoice that comes with the shippment, it is $98, though I double checked my statement that $305 is charged. Do you know what is the reason? I called the phone mumber of the company many many times and nobody answer the phone.
