【青椒炒西红柿】

朋友给了几个家里菜园子出的青辣椒，小辣。我们家就几颗西红柿，长的非常好，结了不少西红柿。这盘有机的青椒炒西红柿，味道还真好。
用料:
1：青辣椒2个90克；
2：西红柿6个250克。
3：橄榄油1.5大匙；葱花1大匙；
4：盐1/2茶匙，糖1/4茶匙，鸡粉1/6茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、看看我们家的西红柿（图1）和朋友给点青辣椒（图1）。辣椒洗净去籽，切丝（图2），西红柿切薄片。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花（图5）炒香，然后下青辣椒丝和西红柿片（图6）翻炒几下。（
3、接着放入4料的调味料，继续炒至西红柿片有些出水即可盛出。
