In the work moring, just take some ground power and pour in some boiling water. Immediately, you can enjoy very tasty and nutricious oatmeal for breakfast.
Ingredients:
1: 1C roasted black sesame seeds;
2: 1C roasted almonds;
3: 4C oats;
4: Honey and boiling water;
Prepare Time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Level: low
Serves: 16 servings
Cooking directions：
1: Blend sesame seeds by a blender to power and store sesame powder in an airtight jar. Similar blend roasted almonds and store in an airtight jar.
2: In a large deep sauté pan, medium and low heat, add in oats, stir and cook until oats slightly golden, cool.
3: Divide oats into three parts and blend to power, combine and store in an an airtight jar.
4: In a small bowl, add 2T ground sesame seeds, 2T ground almonds， 4T ground oats and 1T honey, add 160 ml boiling water, stir until oatmeal reaching constancy. Enjoy it.
