【干炒大虾】

LD从Costco拎回来一包超级大的虾，680克只有11只。今天下班回来，看看冰箱里没有提前准备的荤菜，就把这包大虾拎了出来，放水池里放半池水，很快虾就结冻了。很快几分钟，一盘干炒大虾就好了，LD和毛毛都非常喜欢。毛毛说：“这个大虾好，比螃蟹和龙虾还好吃，还容易将虾肉剥出来”。结果他一个人干了一半。
用料:
1：冰冻无头开背大虾一包680克；
2：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花2大匙，蒜蓉1大匙，姜1-2片，1大匙番茄酱；
3：黑醋1茶匙，盐1/2茶匙，糖1茶匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙， 生抽酱油 1大匙，头抽酱油1大匙；
4：香油 1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、将冰冻大虾放入冷水中解冻（图1），然后洗净沥水待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花，姜片，蒜蓉和番茄酱（图2）炒出香味。
3、接着放入大虾（图3）翻炒1分钟，依次下所有3料（图4），继续翻炒，等虾壳变红，肉刚刚熟，大约2分钟，淋下香油 1茶匙（图5），兜炒均匀就可以出锅了。
