【皇子菇炒虾仁】

我们家老爷喜欢皇子菇做到菜，在华人超市买到很形象的皇子菇，做了这个皇子菇炒虾仁，很受欢迎。虾我一般买Costco的冰冻虾，质量挺不错。
用料:
1：31/40大大冰冻白虾25粒，盐1/3茶匙，白胡椒1/8茶匙，生粉2茶匙，香油1/3茶匙；
2：皇子菇一包400克；
3：橄榄油1.5大匙；葱花1大匙，蒜蓉1茶匙，姜片1小片；
4：盐1/4茶匙， 头抽酱油 1大匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
5：香油 1/2茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、冰冻虾放入半池冷水中解冻（图1），去壳去肠泥洗净。沥水后放一碗里，加剩余1料（图2）拌匀腌20分钟待用（图3）。
2、皇子菇去根洗净切片（图2）待用（图2）
3、 不粘锅置炉上开大中火，加1大匙橄榄油，放入虾仁（图5）炒至刚刚熟，捞出待用，
4、原锅再加0.5大匙油，大中火，炒香放入葱花，蒜蓉及姜片炒香（图6）。然后放入皇子菇片（图7），翻炒2-3分钟。加所有4料的调味料翻炒均匀。
5、最后放入先前炒好的虾仁（图8），炒匀，淋下香油 1/2茶匙，兜匀就可以出锅了。
Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
