【青椒炒肉片】

这盘青椒炒肉片，非常简单易做的下饭好菜。
用料:
1：里脊肉375克；
2：青辣椒1个100克；
3：生抽酱油 1大匙；老抽酱油2茶匙，水1大匙，生粉1大匙；
4：橄榄油1.5大匙，葱花1大匙，蒜蓉2茶匙；
5： 头抽酱油 1大匙，白胡椒粉1/8茶匙， 鸡粉1/6茶匙；
6：香油1茶匙。
注：1大匙Tablespoon =15毫升，1茶匙Teaspoon =5毫升，1杯Cup=240毫升。
做法：
1、里脊肉洗净切片（图1），放入所有2料（图2），用手抓捏5分钟待用（图3）。辣椒洗净去籽，切丝（图4），待用。
2、 不粘锅置炉上开大火，加1.5大匙橄榄油，放入葱花和蒜蓉（图5）炒香，然后肉片翻炒片刻（图6）翻炒半分钟。（
3、下青辣椒丝翻炒1分钟（图7），接着放入5料的调味料（图8），翻炒均匀。最后下1茶匙香油炒匀即可出锅了。肉片很嫩很好吃啊。
